SWISS WATER PROCESS

One "halfsweetnonfatsoydecaflatte" with extra foam, please.
Oh, and uh, hold the Ethyl Acetate.

Did you know that to decaffeinate a green coffee bean, most processes use the same harsh chemicals found in nail polish remover? Neither did I.

So it was interesting to work on the new Swiss Water Process website and learn how their unique decaffeination method is 100% chemical free and only uses pure water to remove caffeine molecules.

The project entailed a complete redesign of the SWISS WATER Process website. The original site was clumsy and awkward with content aimed at a B2B audience. The new strategy, developed by Engine Digital, was to create a website that appealed to the end user; the coffee buying consumer. They felt customers could d rive the demand for the SWISS WATER Process and influence coffee houses to carry it.

Engine Digital created a functional design that was cleaner and lighter, and epitomized the purity associated with the brand. The writing needed to be fresher a s well, speaking to consumers in a personal and friendly way. The copy focused on educating people on the benefits of the SWISS WATER Process while demonstrating how it fit into a contemporary, healthy lifestyle.
